"Orther insurance company was constantly going up and customer service was terrible, so we got feed up and left. We were with this other insurance company forever. Christine our sale person was great in handling our switch over and she was great she went over our new policy step by step explaining our several policies that we have, and she was very patient. "I just recently switched over agents to Jamie based on a recommendation from a colleague and really for above and beyond service. I had requested on 3 separate occasions from my former agent, to have some very basic documentation sent to me (insurance cards and a billing history) and they flat out just did not mail it to me. My colleague had suggested any agent could look it up and that he had always had a great experience, sure enough the mail with exactly what I requested arrived 3 days after a pleasant conversation on the phone with Jamie.
