"I need to share my extraordinary experience with my State Farm agent Anna Gonzalez . I came to the office with anticipation to have a competitive homeowners policy quoted. After putting in my data, Anna found I was “ineligible” due to one of two claims on my record. Anna pointed me in the only direction possible to try and get a claim removed from my risk record . The claim in question was a Third Party Negligence claim of which the insurance company recovered 100% . I was told by the “Company” that although the subrogation recovery made them “whole”; me the policyholder would have to endure that claim on my record for Five Years. And by the way, the yearly premium nearly tripled! The direction Anna suggested was successful! Because Anna went the extra mile to help me through this bad situation, State Farm was able to quote me a strong and affordable homeowners policy of which I am very, very grateful."

"I changed to a new State Farm office closer to my home, and had the pleasure of working with Leilah Hernandez in the Rolling Meadows office. I called out of the blue for a policy review, and expected to make an appointment, but I was delighted when Leilah took me right away, and we spent about 90 minutes on a really thorough review. Leilah knew her stuff, and was patient as she guided me through the policies and offered her experience and understanding to help me make smart choices. In the end, we reduced some of my costs simply by benefit of the review and my evolved needs. But more importantly, I feel 100% confident that this office will be on top of things if I ever need real help. Great find!"
